This evening we ordered to go at 6:15pm, and we were informed it would be about an hour for our order , which is perfectly fine. At 7:20pm we called to check on our order before heading to pick it up, and were informed the kitchen was actively working on it. We arrived at 8pm to pick up our order, and it was STILL NOT READY and we were asked to wait a few minutes. We waited 25 minutes before our order was complete, making it 2 hours and 10 minutes to complete our to go order.

Did not get name of server but she was lazy and rude, did not ask once to see if everything was fine at my table or if we needed more water . The hostess attended far more better then she did. As well the sushi’s are incredibly smaller than they were before for such a high price . Last time eating here especially this location .

Food always good. Sushi portions every time smaller and smaller. Service kind of off. Not attentive server. Never removed dirty plates from the table between meals. I had to ask to remove a dirty plate in order to put another plate down that she brought herself. The AC temperature inside the room is so cold that makes the dining experience uncomfortable. I’ve always supported the F&B industry, but not happy to receive a bill with 18% plus options when the service doesn’t not meet my expectations.

Terrible manager. First they couldn’t find my order after uber said it was done. Made me wait an extra 15 min after waiting an hour. Then they forgot my extra shrimp sauce. So had to drive back to the store for my extra 4 sauces i paid for. This is the 3rd time they mess up my order, i am Allergic to onions made sure to put no veggies in the order, yet came with onions. Then my gfs had so much soy sauce it was impossible to eat. Called the restaurant to speak to a manager and they said they would call me back when he returned that he stepped out and nothing. 2 days later i went to the store and the other manager on duty was helpful but had no idea about it because he was not the manager on duty the day of the error. So i left my number with info order number date time and what we ordered. 1 week later still waiting for a phone call from the manager with glasses. Worse customer service i have ever received by that one manager. They don’t care about customer service and should not be working in this industry

I’ve placed several platter orders from this place, today I received a $94 value platter with the sushi rolls the size of a quarter and old rice. I had to throw this away. I asked to speak to the manager and we were told that corporate told them to cut the portions in half and that their rice was fresh, not caring about what I was trying to explain, not even asking for my money back. That is so sad, I’m pretty sure you will be cutting your customers by half as well.
