I’ve had this on my list for a while and was excited to finally try it. We ordered around 6pm on a Tuesday and it took almost an hour for the order to be prepared. We were waiting in the building for a half hour of that and only a few people came in and out for other food hall restaurant pickups, so I don’t understand why it took that long when we were the only ones with a sushi order. The pickup time kept increasing on the confirmation website (by over 20 minutes by the end).
