We ended up going here to get dinner for my birthday. There is very little people at the restaurant, we were one of 3 tables that ordered, the other tables got their food first. We waited around an hour to get out food. We had to leave.

I will never return to this restaurant. I gave them three chances. I always ask for the vegetarian roll and they get my order wrong so I have to wait for them to remake it. The veggie is a different price than what they had made and they did not refund me. This last time was the last straw. I called in my order to pick up. When I show up they have my roll. It looked like it was missing ingredients. I asked one of the cooks what goes in a veggie roll. He says carrot and cucumber. Which by the way, they didn’t even add cucumber. I asked if they don’t do the avocado anymore and he says no. I show him the menu where it lists those three things and he says no avocado was added because they didn’t have any. First of all don’t lie. Second of all if you don’t have an essential ingredient let me know when I place my order so that I don’t order it. Don’t bother wasting any time with them.

I’m not one to ever turn down sushi, but the rice used was completely stale and the rolls ordered were beyond bland and dry. First time ever that I couldn’t bare to eat the food I ordered.

I hate this place. Very very rude customer service, every time, without fail. If you like being ignored then this place is for you. I wouldn’t accept any of their DoorDash orders if I were you. They make you wait 20-30 minutes once you get there. Definitely don’t feel welcomed at all whatsoever, so why bother. Avoid this place at all costs.

I’m a big sushi guy and I’m learning slowly that sushi is best the traditional way. I was with a friend so I suffered through their poor excuse for sashimi. The fish was luke warm, discolored, chewy. Best to go with a fried roll here. I will be going to the japs for my sushi, thank you. Have a great day.

First and last time going to this location. Food was ok but it took them over an hour to being out 3 rolls. Drinks were inconsistent.. waitresses seemed bored/mad. We were never checked on..We had to stop waitresses to request drinks and ask about our food.. love the location on 35th Ave and McDowell, only reason we went to this one was because of the drinks but they were not even good. And on top of all that they add their own tip…I’ll stick to the other location

Every time I go here it’s weird looks and rudeness from the workers. I don’t ever feel welcomed and I’ve been in 4 times, they take FOREVER to bring you a menu or get your order out, and I really don’t think they want black people in there. Weird place all around and the service is a big 0/10
