The sushi they have in the cafeteria at the hospital I work at is better than this stuff. I’d give them 2 stars for the quality of the food but an extra star because they understand gluten free and have tamari sauce. My son with celiac was able to eat the sushi without incident. Their imitation crab is gluten free, although they use way too much of it in their rolls.

This was my first visit because of a friend’s recommendation. I went specifically for the sushi. They also served ramen. I ordered sashimi and made requests not on the menu which were happily filled. The quality of the fish seemed fresh and the service was genuine. I would go again.

I really enjoyed my lunch at Taka! I had two different rolls + some sushi and it was delicious, fresh, and well prepared and designed. The server was very nice and kind. The place is also clean and cozy! They have a great happy hour deal which is all day long during the weekends! I highly recommend this place.

The person in charge is incompetent and somewhat lazy since the order that was supposed to be ready at a certain time took 20 more minutes and all because she has many tablets on her counter will have been confused and that caused her not to be able to put the order to your kitchen.

One of the “stingiest” sushi restaurant i have ever visited. i ordered to go and asked for small soy sauce “Styrofoam cup” to dip my sushi in (worth 3 cents cost) and they told me this was the last time they will give me a cup. They also get upset if you ask for packet of soy sauce.

Wonderful sushi place run by wonderful people. The quality is very consistent and the variety is welcome. Recommend the fresh wasabi, protein roll, and the Salmon Kama. It’s a bit pricey but that’s the price you pay for good quality. The best deal is definitely the Taka Plate.
