I was surprised with the large selection of not only Sushi, but also Hibachi and full meals. Will go again for sure.

Best sushi in Will County. Fancy roles are great like helios, dragon roll, Vegas roll and volcano roll.

Reasonably priced sushi, tasted excellent. Will have to come back and try the habachi too. Quick friendly service. We will be back for sure.

My favorite sushi restaurant in the area. Their spicy salmon roll is my favorite; simple and not overly saucy! Fair prices, fast service, and always delicious

Brought several rolls and a nigiri mix to share as an appetizer to a friend’s get together. Everybody raved about the sushi. I ordered online for a scheduled pick up time and everything was ready when I arrived. I’m so glad I found this place! Can’t wait to go back and eat in the restaurant.

I’ve eaten here three times. The food has been awful each time. Steak was extremely chewy and gristly, shrimp was extremely overcooked, salmon was the single most unremarkable piece of salmon i have ever eaten. So it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good either. soup was very watered down, fried rice is basically flavorless. The sushi was room temperature. I can’t imagine how long it must have been sitting to be that warm, but it didn’t take very long to get it, so idk, I guess the ingredients weren’t kept very cold to begin with?

Definitely the best sushi in town! They’ve been around since I was a kid, what seems like 25-30 years ago. Before the whole sushi craze really made it to the Midwest like it is now, Sushi Ya has been there. Even before I learned to like sushi while in the Navy from trying many great sushi’s, this establishment holds true. Everything is fresh and tastes incredible!

Came in at 9:18pm right after work, just wanted some edamame and maybe a futo roll, the young man asked if I was picking up an order and I told him I wanted to place an order to go. Without asking what I’d like, and without hesitation, he told me, “I can’t do it, we close in 12 minutes.” Then, as soon as I walk out disappointedly, his co-worker turns off the neon “open” sign.
