Pretty good overall but nothing special. I mainly get nigiri so the review is based on that. I wish the a-la-carte menu had more interesting options, and the food was better than average but not amazing. Otherwise fine but nothing special, at least not enough to make me come back. I’ve been trying to find a place in northern VA with really good sushi for a long time but it seems like I’m going to have to keep looking.

Got the smoky Yama roll and garden salad with ginger dressing. The service was polite and quick, the food tasted delicious, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. I appreciate how they educate you on the different sakes and quality levels. Would highly recommend.
