We had very high hopes. We were hungry and very patiently waited for our food. We ordered online and by the time it got here we were ready to dig in. But when one of us opened the California roll there was a piece of hair on the ginger. Which immediately sent the tone for the rest of the meal. If you ever consider ordering Ramen don’t bother save yourself and drive to the ocean and take a gulp of the water. The amount of seaweed over powered all the flavors. The noodles had no flavor and the broth was super salty. And the rest of our sushi order was mediocre. The strawberry cheesecake tasted way too sweet and artificial. Got sick after a few bites, not worth the calories. The oreo cheesecake didnt take like oreo. Save your money. If you absolutely must order from this place the only thing you should get from here the gyoza and the teremisu and the only reason it got 2 stars is for the pho teremisu and the gyoza’s.

I have been to this location several times in the past 2 or so years. Not sure why I haven’t reviewed them yet as I am a satisfied customer. They are in my local area, sushi is fresh and dumplings are good. I had to take 2 stars away for 2 reasons. The first when I called in the lady answering the phone didn’t speak any English and I speak very little Spanish. Very hard to place an order. She had to ask someone in the restaurant if they spoke English to help place my order. Another reason I took a star away because sauce, teriyaki specifically is an extra $1.00. So no sauce comes with the pork dumplings at all and I must pay an extra buck for it. Not good. Overall the food was fresh and good. I will return but I guess I will have to have someone who speaks Spanish to place the order in advance and purchase my own sauce.

The sushi tasted pretty good. The location and the atmosphere would really throw you off if you didn’t know it was a Peruvian fusion restaurant. The staff was friendly and nice when I asked for my pickup order. Would definitely order from here again.

On my second visit here I have to say I was very dissapointed. The service was much better this time and I commend the presentation but the mango in the mango salmon roll was not even close to ripe and the avacado was so past ripe it crumbled and was completely brown. At 20 dollars for 30 pieces ( the salmon family deal) it is understandable but very dissapointing. I wanted to make this place a regular haunt for me since its so affordable and close to my college but i kinda have to draw the line at quality this bad.
