1st Visit: Yes, first, because after that there will be more. Lady running the place when I went it was amazing and helpful. I didn’t see exactly what I was looking for on the menu so just kind of gave a vague description of what I wanted (kind of like a sampler platter of the fish) she asked a few questions on seasoning, fry types etc and was off. 10 mins later she came back with a basket of fresh hot fish and a side of fries! All for 6.50$! Doesn’t the local coffee cost more than that these days?

The best rib tips in town! My husband and I also ordered the perch, hush puppies, banana pudding, and lemon cake. All of it was delicious and made with love. And the owner is so nice! We will definitely be back.

My Wife and I were in town and wanted some good fried fish. We ended up googling and choosing Southern Fish Fry. We both got the catfish nugget dinners. They were made to order fresh, well seasoned , and delicious! We also got the lemon pound and caramel cakes both moist and delicious as well. The service was EXCELLENT! We definitely will be going back!

Hidden gem.Its not just fish.All cooked from scratch.From the 5 hour slow smoked BBQ rib tips and brisket slathered in there signature house BBQ sauce to the fried chicken. I promise you will not be disappointed.

I had a craving for a really good fish fry and this place didn’t disappoint! Even with take out the coating on my catfish was crisp and the fish moist and delicious! I love that there are a variety of seasoning flavors to choose from just to keep things interesting. This little place doesn’t look like much at first glance, but it’s our best little gem of a find!

I have wanted to eat here for a long while and tonight we stopped. During they day they serve fish which is what I originally wanted but the bbq turned out to be fantastic. We ordered the rib tips, pulled pork sandwich, fries and a side of Mac n cheese. It was all really really good. The staff was so friendly, we will definitely go back!
