The service was exceptional and the food always comes out hot. My favorite dish is the triple delight. It has shrimp, beef, chicken and vegetables served with white rice. The popular dish I get is sweet and sour chicken. For starters we got their sweet and sour soup and fried egg rolls.

Will be coming back when we’re in the area. The menu is paired down a bit but that only makes ordering their delicious food easier. I highly recommend their fried rices. The owner stopped what he was doing and talked to us. Very friendly. I would love to support this place more, but it’s an hour and a half away from where we live. So, special occasions! I highly recommend this place if you’re in the cedar rapids area. Yum!

They are very friendly and I can tell they care about the people they make food for. It was only a 5-10 minute wait both times I’ve gone in the last 6 months. Never experienced bad service and food is so fresh! Thank you for your kindness and hospitality every time I come in to order!

SuYu Pei is AMAZING! I’m so glad this restaurant is back! I have so many pleasant memories of eating at Pei’s in my childhood. Their latest incarnation is quite humble but the food is exactly as I remember it and still AMAZING. I live out of state now but I’m making a note to come back at least once whenever I’m in town. Cedar Rapids NEEDS this restaurant – I wish and hope for them nothing but ongoing and future success!

We always get the Crab Rangoons! The fried rice is super tasty and the drunken noodles are yummy!!! We are always greeted with a smile and very fast service. It’s a restaurant that’s a family tradition.

At first I was happy to see they knew the difference between Chow Mein soft noddle and Chow Fun hard noodles, but the taste of the beef and chicken was off setting. I’m not sure what it was, the beef tasted like jerky and the chicken was bland or watery and mushy .
