Choices, choices, choices. Lots of variety and the quality is excellent. Everyone should be able to find something to suite their tastes. Vegan options, gluten free options, and fully customizable menu. The portions are generous with well prepared and fast service. Plenty of drink options from fountain drinks, bottle drinks, smoothies, and bubble teas. Poke bowl/wrap options, soups, hibachi dinners, traditional take-out, sushi, extra sides and appetizers.

From the entrance, the place seemed nice. They had quite a variety in their menu, including poke bowl, sushi, udon, and lo mein. They also offered bubble tea for drinks. The employees were super sweet and pleasant. We dined in and they were constantly checking in with us, in case we needed anything. The customer service was top notch, I never had this good of a customer service before. One of the best asian cuisine in Lynchburg.

I love Suzaku! However, I paid seven dollars for the seaweed salad and this is how much I got. I’m pretty disappointed because I spent $30 on all of my food. If they weren’t closing, I would have gone back in.

We have enjoyed the friendly service and quality food every time we’ve gone to Suzaku. It is certainly not fast food. It’s also not super classy; definitely a more chill, laid back place. That’s fine by us, we go for the food rather than the decor. Think ahead and order for pick up if you’re on lunch break or a tight schedule. But it is worth it! Healthy, delicious food and friendly, quick to respond staff. We know they’re under fairly new ownership and we have to give a big BRAVO to the new owners for doing an exceptional job.

This place was a last minute decision for us. I originally suggested somewhere else, but our local friends suggested Suzaku Cafe, so I went along with it. I’m so glad we made that decision because the food was incredibly fresh, all home made, and the employees were very sweet. I ordered the Philadelphia roll (my favorite roll to get anywhere), the orange chicken and fried rice special, and spring rolls. The food came out quickly and tasted so good! The orange chicken didn’t taste like your average Chinese restaurant orange chicken. The sauce tasted home made and delicious, and the chunks of chicken were large and juicy with a crispy breading. Their egg rolls and spring rolls are home made and will change your life! The orders came with a huge serving of yum yum sauce, duck sauce, and soy sauce. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting. We WILL be returning!

Support local business – their cost of products have increased, sometimes doubled, even tripled. A case of to-go containers cost $13.95 2 years ago now $52.95. Shortening 2 years ago $19.98 now $55

Food quality has gone down. No tables had napkins, no soap in the bathroom, and only 2 inches of paper towels disbursed at a time in the bathroom. My family now has food poisoning from eating there. I heard the ownership changed a few months ago. Will not go back with current ownership. Would leave less than a star if I could.

Waited 20 minutes for two drinks. And they got one wrong. And this isn’t the first time we had to wait that long for only two drinks… no food. It’s a shame because we like their Boba, but if it takes this long every time I won’t go back.

Suzaku Cafe blew us away tonight. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by an infectious smile! We had trouble ordering, and the lady helped explain the menu. The food didn’t take long at all to come up. But they apologized for the wait and treated us to the below sugar doughnuts! Will definitely be back. Highly impressed with the service and taste of the food.

Everything that we ordered tasted great. The filet mignon in the hibachi entrée was cooked perfectly. We ordered two different sushi selections and they were made with fresh ingredients on the spot and well proportioned. The staff was courteous. And the highlight was the anime drawing on the sign. Would definitely return.
