It is the only Mexican food we will eat and we live 20 minutes away. That 20 minute drive to them is very very well worth it. Great prices and made fresh to order. They even are involved in fundraising and other events in local communities, which is terrific. For a food truck she could easily open her own restaurant she is so delicious

Every time I’m in Stayton I’m stopping by Suzy’s Tacos. Quesadillas are loaded with meat and cheese. Tried the Gourmet tacos with birria and they were amazing. The friendly staff even included some consommé on the house. Super friendly people and tasty food!
