LOVE this place! We got the summer sweeties, baked oysters, corn on the cob, and specials: oyster po gal & lemon blueberry pudding cake. Everything was amazing, but especially the baked oysters, pudding cake, and corn. Corn was so good, we went back and got another order! All dishes were so fresh and caught in cape may. They sell local wine by the bottle too! Can’t recommend this place enough! Oh, best of all? They’re pet friendly!

This an oyster lovers dream! And the clams are delicious too! This casual, roadside, BYOB with outdoor picnic table seating is a local gem. Stop by on your way to the shore and enjoy a half dozen of the Sweet Amalia oysters. The market also carries an array of select local produce and Italian specialties. If you forget your bottle, no worries! They have chilled bottles from local vineyards as well as non-alcoholic drinks.

Have been looking forward to stopping by Sweet Amalia for awhile, and it did not disappoint! Great farm stand and lunch – tried the Spring Sweeties oysters (raw oyster with beets and jalapenos) and sandwiches – I had the Farmstand Italian and my boyfriend the Oyster Roll. Incredibly fresh and delicious with very generous portions. Also try the Hibiscus Lemonade and Cold Brew Coffee. Nice picnic seating and super friendly staff. I think this will become a ‘must stop’ anytime in the area.

Great food, but a little pricey for where it is. You pay top dollar ala Center City dining. I was expecting better pricing being the oysters are from their own farm.

Super cute spot! The oysters, basil lemonade, and corn on the cob were so fresh. We definitely can’t wait to return and try more options on the menu.

Absolutely incredible experience! Quiet, cozy roadside market serving incredible oysters and other tasty bites, as well as a selection of awesome local wines and ciders (or bring your own!). Staff is incredibly friendly, even taking my kids back to the kitchen to teach them how to shuck oysters – we now have an oyster-addicted 3-year-old. Definitely worth the drive out from Philly and a perfect dinner stop on the way home from the shore.

Always delicious. So many types of oysters prepared perfectly & creatively. It’s not just local oysters but amazing sandwiches, salads, specials & entrees. Relaxing vibe in South South Jersey.

The seafood here is so fresh. They served me the best oysters and best shrimp sandwich I’ve ever eaten. I grew up on the coast eating seafood regularly and this was hands down unpretentious and on another level.

We have had Sweet Amalia on our radar for a few months. The fam finally had a couple of hours to take a drive from Cape May. Wow!!! Sweet Amalia Market and Kitchen easily surpasses many restaurants in the shore area. The oysters were amazing and the staff was gracious. Thank you Instagram for recommending and showing the adorable market on my feed!
