I stopped in after work, perused the menu for a few minutes, and ordered the Monday special of Country Fried Steak, to go. It took over 50 minutes to be served my food. This was very disappointing on my first visit. Once I returned home, the food itself was delicious. I highly recommend the spinach artichoke soup; the fried steak had a good beefy taste that is often missing in breaded meats.

Gordon Ramsey would be furious with this place because he thinks only a few things should be on a menu. Not this place. You want a burger and fries for breakfast, you got it. The menu is probably the largest in town and everything we have had on the menu is really great and the portions are, well let’s just say they are American sized. They have the largest gluten-free menu in town. The staff is super friendly and genuinely seem happy to work there. I spoke with one of the wait staff that has been working for them for over ten years and even chose to move to Champaign when they were opening the branch.

This is the place for you if you’re seeking a restaurant that offers breakfast items all day long or tasty burger and pasta selections. We had breakfast one day and dinner another day. What I can say is that the food portions are enormous, and avoid ordering the lox because it is disgusting! However, do not hesitate to order the Paninis, hamburgers, and Alfredo pasta. The staff is also very accommodating and nice.

I’ve been there twice now. First time I went I had I ordered an omelette, came with pancakes and hash browns. It was very good and the portions was worth the money. This is why I went back for a second time. This time I decided to try a cheeseburger, it came with fries and soup. They asked how I’d like that cooked. I said medium. The creamy chicken and rice soup was really good and so was the fries. The cheeseburger was a huge disappointment. It’s a frozen beef patty, only 1/2 thick and of course dry and nasty. The lettuce was almost as thick as the beef patty. What a waste of $14-$16 this time. This place just might be good for breakfast food.
