Great fried chicken. The brine really shined through. Chicken was moist, delicious and filling. The dark meat flavor with such a thick crust is hard to find. The sides were excellent. The Mac n’ cheese was a great blend of cheese, thick and delicious. The chips are lightly rosemary flavored. My girlfriend loved them. The tortellini salad tasted a bit salty after more than a few bites. That could just be me though. The potato salad was chunky and the right blend of spice and mayo.

Delicious!!! Best fried chicken in the area. Cornbread also excellent. Sides were very very good. We had the four piece classic fried chicken with Mac and cheese, coleslaw, and cornbread with the lavender honey. Will definitely come here again!

Ordered the picnic basket for 2. This include chicken(choice of regular or Nashville hot) Nashville hot is a try spice rub, not too hot if you enjoy spicier food. The basket came with 2 sides(Mac and cheese excluded) first choice was mashed potatoes. These are your mom skin on style mashed potatoes, milk, and butter that makes them so creamy. Next choice was the beans. These bean are different types a chili style if you may, delicious bbq, and savory taste. Lastly it comes with the apple fry pie. What a way to finish off this meal! Perfectly flakey, sugary, apple pie goodness! We did order a piece of lavender cornbread with honey on the side. I enjoyed its flavors, slightly on the more dry/crumble side. You get your own choice of drink out of a fridge from soda, sweet tea(in house made), and fair life milk.overall visit was well worth it to enjoy such nice hospitality and a great filling lunch!

The chicken was extremely moist, flavorful and nice and crunchy! A pasta salad was homemade and excellent. The man who waited on us was extremely helpful, polite and engaging. Great food, and even better service are a recipe for success. Clean intimate atmosphere great for couples, individuals, or families. We had a ball.

For a place that specializes in fried chicken and hypes up their brine, I thought it was average. The seasoning they used didn’t add much flavor at all, just tasted like basic chicken to me. Not a fan of their house chips either. Very underwhelming for a place where fried chicken is all they do. Not sure why the chicken looks gray either?

Ordered a whole bird togo to bring home for dinner, with mac n cheese and cornbread. The fried chicken is good but overpriced. $25 for the whole bird but the peices were too small. Mac n cheese was decent. Cornbread was good. Pictured is the drumstick, wing, breast with some mac n cheese.
