I have going to sweet and fresh since it was opened. And the food has always been on point and somewhat good customer service just a challenging language barrier. But Friday was awful they hire a new young female with a terrible attitude. Hang up on me when I finished placing my order. When my family went to pick up the order the young lady was on the phone with a friend didn’t greet or made sure our order was correct. I called to speak to the manager but every time I called someone hanged up I call several times. Because of this I will not be returning sadly.

The aesthetics and theme of this establishment is so cute ! Gives me hippie/bohemian vibes their drink menu is AMAZINGG!! So many different teas, lemonades, smoothies and fresh juice. I ordered the 10 wing combo with sweet thai chili sauce. Wings were soo good ! Perfect amount of sauce. The seasoned fries were very tasty too, my daughter practically ate all of mine lol and I had the ginger mango lemonade, mannn it was the best lemonade I have ever had from a restaurant. I’m soo glad I found this place , def adding to my fav restaurant list. Oh and they have vegan options !

We were there at 11am. The staff let us know it would be 20 minutes. They were all very nice. We ordered classic black milk tea with boba, mango smoothie with popping boba, fries and salt and pepper chicken.

I visited the Snellville location today and had a bad experience. I gave them 1 star because their smoothie was good. The service was horrible. I ordered half lemon pepper wings and half lemon buffalo. The wings came out dry, salty, and over seasoned. I went to counter asking her to make my wings similar to my friend’s. Without really listening to me, she took the food, shushed me, and went to the kitchen. She came back and added even more seasoning to the wings (pic attached) and added some unidentifiable white sauce on there as well. I wrote this review to remind the owner/manager that us “the customers” do matter. No excuses for bad services

I came here 2 weeks ago with my kids. My daughter ordered the taro with blueberry popping boba; my son had the peach strawberry green apple tea; and I had the strawberry ginger lemonade. We were all super happy with our drinks. The flavors were on point, the cashier was super helpful & patient, and the cups were cute too. We think we found our new Afterschool snack spot.
