Trendy little brunch and drink spot specializing in excellent brunch menu items with a full bar and friendly staff. We stopped here today when we were passing by on University avenue and saw crowds lined up and eating Mochi Matcha Waffles and other treats!

30 minute wait for a party of 3 on Sunday around 11:30am (we were quoted a longer time and pleasantly surprised). Good service and a creative menu. The mocho waffle was probably the crowd favorite, and I want to try the chicken and waffles next time. Big portion sizes. The soufflegg is fun and jiggly, but beware it comes out piping hot and stays that way given the skillet. Great outdoor seating options.

Beautiful restaurant. Food is decent. We had the popular stone pot and tornado dishes. Food presentation are great. But tornado dish was lukewarm, I am not really impressed. My friend’s stone pot dish was great. I had to ask two waiters to get my coffee refilled. Super busy restaurant.

This place is a good Instagram brunch location, cute aesthetic, good outdoor seating options. The food was really good. We ordered the fried corn, the waffle and shrimp appetizer and the bacon sampler. My favorite was the waffle and shrimp appetizer. We also had the blue mule, espresso martini, the watermelon cocktail (I can’t remember the name) and the drink with the tajin around the rim (sorry my memory is terrible). The drinks were all delicious but I think the espresso martini and the watermelon drink were the best.

A newly discovered breakfast restaurant. Every time I think I’ve found that perfect place, I discover yet another one that has something even more creative. Who would’ve thought that thick bacon marinated in something sweet and a few spices, would be this amazing? I’m not too crazy about sweet bacon, but this was unlike anything you’ve ever tried. Large menu, many options to choose from and nothing like any other restaurant. Always busy and I’m so impressed by their servers. They’ll bring you whatever you’re asking for, no matter how busy they are. Great indoor and outdoor seating. Creative and delicious food.

I always see people packed in there on the weekends for breakfast. So we gave dinner on a weeknight a shot. Seated right away. Great presentation of dishes. Very tasty food full of flavor. A little pricey but that goes without saying. Rent is high on University Avenue. Started with Millionaire Bacon. I should have ordered 4 of those! Delicious!

We headed here for brunch on a weekend, and had eggs Benedict with millionaire bacon and another one with crab; both were excellent. Orange juice was freshly served. French toast was excellent as well. We felt presentation was great.

The bacon is amazing as are the Matcha Waffles. All the food is presented in a beautiful way and is filling and delicious. Always eat too much here. It can get really busy on weekends and service can sometimes be slow, especially if you are at the bar. Food makes it worth it though. Probably my new favorite brunch place.

Let me start by saying that I ordered the wrong thing for my meal. I ordered the Blueberry Moffle. Don’t get me wrong. It tasted great but I would have preferred to have it as a dessert. Someone in my party had the Crab Benedict. That also tasted great. The only reason I have 4 stars instead of 5 is because the muffle should be in a dessert section since it’s much sweater than a regular waffle. I would highly recommend ordering something else but save room for it after your meal. So many items on the menu looked and smelled delicious.

The bacon was quite good but the other dishes we had were not worth the price. The pork belly felt under seasoned , but the portion size was large. The tornado was suuuper salty on the other hand. The fried rice also ended up quite mushy. I would come back just for the bacon, with the cinnamon being my favorite. The server seemed to be having a lot of issues taking orders on the new Toast system which slowed things down a lot, but the food was ready pretty quickly. Overall, I expected more for $100.
