The bartender’s attention to detail and cocktails are great. Wifi big plus if you work remotely for lunch. Gorgeous old hotel. Love fireplaces and porch. Food quality is high. Haven’t experienced music yet. I’m disappointed with salad prices. It’s a bit obsurd like egg prices. Highest salad prices in town. For example, Fig Salad is $28 before protein, which I thought was a menu typo. Pittsburgh Salad $18 before the steak. Add $14 for beef, and that’s a $32 salad.

Are you looking for a delicious meal that makes you feel like your own personal chef went shopping at the local farmers market to prepare your meal? If the answer is “Yes” then you have found your go-to spot for breakfast/lunch/brunch/dinner. Every meal is made at soon as the order is put in, so grab a handcrafted beverage and enjoy some conversation while your meal is prepared. The portions are large enough that ordering a few dishes to share is a great idea so you can taste a little of everything they have to offer. Every dish has been well thought out and flavors are highlighted and balanced. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere will make you feel like a “regular” even if it is your first time dining with them. From the coffee, to the whiskey, and the food every bite or sip will make you eager to come back and try something else. Cheers

Absolutely fantastic experience at their soft open today. Service was excellent, the atmosphere is upscale, yet cozy. And the food was absolutely outstanding. Can’t wait to come back again for special nights out.

Attended the Bourbon Tasting and Dinner on 6/7/23 with friends. Christian and staff were so welcoming, accommodating and informative. The bourbon infused food and drinks created by the Chef and Bourbon Stewards were absolutely delicious…can’t wait for the next one!

. We were greeted at the door by the owner who knew we had an early reservation. The inside is newly decorated but kept the comfort and charm of earlier times this building deserves. There’s a whiskey/rum tasting room with free sampling and bottles for sale. The other rooms are for dining with friends and enjoying the great meals offered. I had venison chops (perfectly grilled), sweet potato and glazed Brussels sprouts. My wife had delicious scallops, spinach, and polenta. We will return and bring friends. Reservations recommended on weekends.

A super amazing experience all around — we made a reservation at the restaurant and had a fantastic table on the porch overlooking live music. The food was good (not great), but perfectly fine for us. I do wish they’d have made the Troeg drafts from the little shack downstairs available.

The food and the atmosphere were spot on for anyone wanting a dinner date or just a causal night out. The menu maybe complex for kids but for adults it is perfect. I won’t comment on the whiskey or bourbon or scotch that had a taste profile that was original and complex because that deserves its own review of 7 of 5 stars.

Maybe it’s because I’m not a whiskey drinker. But, I wasn’t impressed. Limited menu. I read online that there was a full bar. Not true. Either way. One and done. Just wasn’t feeling it.

We stopped in last week just for some drinks and it far exceeded our expectations!! The cocktails are perfectly executed and there is a wide variety for all palates. The mixologist, Andrew, actually came over and his passion for the profession and the care he takes in making his drinks elevates the experience even more. We loved it so much we have reservations for next week to have some of the drinks paired with their farm to table menu!!

If you’re reading this, go here! We found them on Google and had a wonderful evening celebrating our anniversary here. The rabbit legs were amazing, and we both enjoyed our entrees (salmon with risotto and asparagus and venison chops with brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes)
