Amazing young ladies working, always polite. The food is delicious, perfectly cooked and always hot. The Mac and cheese is gooey and cheesy and good, but my favorite are the boss hog sandwich (chopped) and the baked beans.

Friendly smiles, outdoor seating, BBQ chicken cooked to perfection. The sandwich had plenty of meat and great flavor. I was unsure with raisins in the cole slaw, glad tried something new and the potatoe salad has its own great recipe.

I LOVED this!! The BBQ is amazing. It’s a little spot right off the side of the road but don’t let that deter you from stopping. There are even a couple of picnic tables to enjoy your BBQ right there. Both the mustard and the sweet BBQ sauce were perfect. It complemented the taste of the smoked chicken and pork where it didn’t overpower the meat. The chicken portion was HUGE! It was called a sandwich but it was actually 1/2 of a chicken served with 2 pieces of bread. A very nice surprise. They made the fries to order so they were hot and yummy! Do not pass this up!

This is definitely the best bbq I’ve ever had. They are very nice people, generous portions, and well worth the drive out to Hastings. I used to get this every weekend, but since I have moved away I still make time for the drive frequently.

I live in the South for three reasons – Bar, Be and Que. There is no place in the world that can blend everything great about humanity in one location, except a great Barbeque experience. The smell, the history, the taste it leaves in your mouth for hours afterward, the smiling faces of all races and the feeling it leaves in your soul forever. This is one of those experiences. Wow that was De-licious! First time stopping and so glad I did. The pork was so tender and Smokey. My husband and I Loved every bite. Plan to get there earlier to try the ribs before they run out.

Went down to Florida for work in early 2021 and was stationed right near them/ the correction center to work on power lines. Never had BBQ like them and I’m from Texas. Best BBQ ever!
