I used to have good experiences at this restaurant, but they messed up both items the last time I was here, and one of two items the time before that (and not small errors — fundamental errors including missing the lone protein in the meal or the rice base). I decided to email the store for a refund after this latest experience, as email is the only way to contact them, and the customer service team is currently trying to insist that I am only due a pro-rated refund on the missing value of the ingredients. Dealing with this place is just an unbelievable waste of time and energy.

I had a fantastic experience at Sweetgreen! The food was all super delicious, and I appreciated the fresh, healthy ingredients. On top of that, I was delighted to meet the new manager, Felipe. He was extremely welcoming, friendly, and made sure everything was running smoothly. His positive energy and attention to detail made the overall experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Sweetgreen and can’t wait to come back!

Ordered at the counter for the first time today. (Usually go through the app) I had multiple salads and was expecting the gentleman helping me to be annoyed by the large order… Quite the opposite. I had phenomenal service from Junior this afternoon. He was so sweet and helpful. He had no issue with ANY of my adjustments and was more than willing to accommodate. If I could give 20 stars I would!!!
