Although my order was not correct, the Cashier at the front was EXTREMELY professional and apologetic. He put my orders right to the front and it was remade perfectly within 2 minutes. Excellent customer service!

Dropped in for a quick and healthy dinner. They were very accessible for our wheelchair. The servers were very polite and patient while we reviewed the menu. Our food was delicious. We happened to be there while they were not too busy so we had a relaxing dinner without large crowds on a rainy evening in Boston.

The place is a zoo. Employees were shouting at the top of their voice from the moment we entered the place, through our entire meal, to the moment we crossed the door to leave. If this is a company strategy to get customers to spend a shorter time in the premises, it’s working. However, I’m not coming back. I came in with my elderly mother at 2:15pm on a Thursday, and sat to have our bowls at the very back but could not have a normal conversation because the noise was unbearable. Can the company not offer proper training to employees about professionalism?

Food is absolutely delicious and I highly recommend mobile ordering! Staff are very accommodating to long wait times (it’s a very popular place so of course it’s busy), however I’m not a huge fan of ordering in person because communication is not always the best. Some staff seem to speak primarily in another language, which is amazing because I speak Spanish as well, but I often have to get a little pushy to repeat up to three times to get the toppings I’d like. I’ve asked for two portions of chicken before and even held up my two of my fingers to help, but was only given one scoop and was given a face when I clarified what I meant. Nothing serious, just remember to have some patience ; )
