I love Sweetgreen but this is not a good location. They served me dirty and rotten lettuce in my salad. Service could also use a lot of improvement, the employees are not friendly.

I probably go to this location 3 or 4 times a week. If you do a build your own salad, you can get an affordable, healthy lunch that is surprisingly filling. The spicy cashew dressing is incredibly and keeps me coming back here time and time again. My one complaint would be the consistency at which the salads are made. Sometime I get a robust salad that fills me up entirely, but sometimes the salad is so skimpily made that I find myself needing a second lunch.

I ordered a salad to be delivered – they messed up the order and I tried to get them to fix their mistake but their customer service is functionally non-existant. I tried their automated text feature without any luck. Sweet green clearly couldn’t care less about their product or their customer service. Shame.

We ordered from online, and our delivery man who cannot speak English texted us saying our order was taken by someone else and told us to cancel the order. There actually is NOT A SINGLE way to cancel the order once is out from the kitchen and NO A SINGLE real person you could communicate with from the customer service team. You don’t want to start your day like this. The worst service.

Very nice place for lunch. Prices are reasonable for a restaurant in Harvard square. Portion sizes are big. Nice seating area. One time I was on a date and we were picking up food from here. When the staff noticed, they just offered it on the house! So it’s a really nice place.
