Place is sooo good. But a couple gripes recently, they included some weird dead grass or something in a salad, and sometimes if ordering online it’s not clear they’re out of an ingredient and your left eating a salad without lettuce, or another key ingredient. Can be a bummer

I love sweetgreen but the service at this location is very hit or miss. Today the person who made my salad was consistently distracted; they made 2 salads with vastly different quantities of ingredients, and there was so much dressing in mine that it formed a soggy soup in the bottom of the bowl. I value sweetgreen for its consistency and quality and the service at this location is really putting that at risk.

Build your own bowl option is great! Also they have all nutrition and ingredient listings online in a great, easy to read file. I have a lot of allergies and intolerances so having all the info on my own to look at instead of asking questions was great!

My first time here, and I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing it is. The greens are extra green and super delicious. The concoction of ingredients is surreal. Best of all was how J.J. made my bowl, with passion, humor, and a sense of pride. Will definitely come back, thanks J.J!

This is my favorite Sweetgreen location and in my opinion the best spot in Assembly row for a quick healthy lunch. The staff is great (especially JJ, who brightens the whole store!), the location is large and clean and even during peak hours service is very quick.

The food was fresh and tasted great. The wait in line wasn’t bad considering we went around dinner time. The main complaints we had was the tables being dirty and there weren’t any fountain drinks. At other sweetgreens I have been to there are several tasty aqua frescas and lemonades to choose from, but this place only had a handful of bottled beverage options. We didn’t get any beverages because there wasn’t any good options, but we did order a Harvest Bowl and the new Chipotle Chicken Bowl, both of which were delicious and filling.

Very frustrating experience with pickup orders here. I’m a vegetarian and on multiple occasions I found chicken in my pickup orders. The reason I got was that the employees get confused with “Black beans” v/s “Black chicken” and put chicken instead of beans which is just ridiculous.

This location always claims they don’t have any cups for water. All restaurants always give out free tap water. When ordering in the store they frequently claim they are out of the free bread that comes with the salad. However, they keep the bread by the take out counter and the front of the house staff doesn’t seem to know this and instead just says they don’t have any. But when you tell them they have a whole bucket of bread by the takeout counter they come back with bread. Maybe manager is trying to save costs by claiming they don’t have bread?
