I love sweetgreen and the salad is great like many other locations and I rarely have received an incorrect order at this location regardless of ordering in person or online. However, every other time I ordered here in person, I felt a hostile mood from the employees here even if the store is not particularly busy, so good luck if something does go wrong with your order. I study nearby so I used to stop by a lot after running errands and picking up stuff from nearby stores, but now that the location is less convenient for me, I would not come here again, at least not past 7 PM, which was when I experienced the majority of my issues.

This location sees a lot of traffic, but they do not make pickup easy. Every time I’ve come, I’ve had to go to counter to get my order, and they don’t attend to you in a timely manner, they will stare for several minutes without communicating, and then gesture towards the back of the line, as if they don’t know they have pickup orders held behind the counter. Why not just put them in the designated drop-off area, since you clearly don’t want to be bothered? The staff are rude. I haven’t experienced rudeness at any other location. Only this one, and it is consistent.

Kamal, the manager of this location, is the absolute best! My office had a catering order that fell through and we were in a panic about lunch. I walked in to this sweet green location and asked Kamal if it was possible to make 20 salads on the spot and he agreed! Best customer service ever! Would give this 6 stars if I could!
