So delicious! Their standard menu as is has such good options and the seasonal salad was delicious. I got it just as on the menu without substitutions and it was perfect. Lots of greens, quality toppings. The staff were so nice making my salad and the store is very clean. A great experience and a healthy lunch!

I eat here all the time for work lunch. The portions are filling enough, which is something I always worry about with this type of expensive salad place, and the ingredients are fresh. They’ve never gotten my online order wrong. Sometimes the rice is crunchy which is disappointing but not the worst thing, and it seems like their online ordering system is down fairly often. Overall though this place is great and the variety of ingredients make the price worth it in my opinion.

Do not ever ever ever ever ever ever ever order online from this establishment. 4 times I have ordered. They have messed up my order completely. Has put the wrong order into the wrong bag and is only operated through doordash. Which is also the least helpful thing possible. Literally like what if someone has a serious allergy and is impacted by the mistake. There is no thought or care in this establishment and I still cannot believe this store is still open with the amount of complaints from it. Literally go to gigis or support a local spot because this chain is becoming just as diluted as a McDonalds.

I love Sweetgreen generally speaking, but this location is brutal. My order is correct maybe 50% of the time and because the customer service is only AI via the app, they don’t refund the order if it’s messed up. For example, I’m vegetarian and specified no chicken on my last order, but of course the meal had chicken and I wasn’t able to get a refund despite not being able to eat my food.

I’m pretty much addicted to sweetgreen and this was one of the worse sweetgreen I’ve been in. I always order shroomami. The portion is much smaller than any where else I’ve been in, the mushroom, wild rice were cold and dry. The raw beet felt rather dry and old than fresh and crispy. Hopefully they improve themselves soon.

Pretty disappointed in the portion…mobile ordered the hot honey chicken platter. Used my thumb for reference…bowl was half full if that. Definitely not worth the nearly $12 price. Maybe 5 bites of chicken and 1/4 cup of quinoa in here.
