I just had a piece of twisted metal in my mouth – it was in the hummus salad… and upon closer inspection also found shredded packaging (thin strings of it) throughout. The manager didn’t even go back to the ingredients still being served to make sure they were free of these materials. I got my money back but will never eat here again.

Great food and service at this location! Marie is very knowledgeable and pleasant and the team here at Wellesley are very polite, friendly and professional. They take care of you very quickly in store or takeout, delivery. The tables and bathrooms are clean. Overall, a really pleasant dining experience thanks to the staff. Plenty of parking. The menu has a lot of nice choices, especially if you are vegetarian. Nice drink selection. Very healthy choices and few deserts now.

I paid extra for my chicken to be blackened and instead there was no chicken in my salad. $25 for a salad without protein is ridiculous. I used to love sweetgreen but I won’t order from them again. They also gave me a whole broccoli stem instead of florets.

Love Sweetgreen and this is a great location. Occasionally, I’ve had issues with to-go via the app–for example, with someone taking your order from the takeout section (rare and not unique to this store or Sweetgreen for that matter).

Employees were incredibly rude. Not to mention she didn’t change her gloves and went on her phone while assisting me. Unhygienic. Visibly saw me but didn’t assist when I came in. AWFUL customer service. Girl scarf headband made me want to never go to sweetgreen again. My friend heard them gossiping about me and pointing to me. Super unprofessional. Might report to board of health.
