Decent salads but consistently out of main ingredients and portions are very skimpy, particularly if you order online. They never forget to upcharge for extras but never offer a discount when things are missing. Half the times I go here, I wish I hadn’t.

I agree with many of the other reviewers that it feels like Sweetgreen is nickel and diming their customers. It’s already an expensive salad and to see that you’re not getting a full-leveled scoop feels like we’re being short-changed. The ingredients are fresh and thus I want to keep shopping here but I always have second doubts because the customer service is consistently mediocre. Yesterday I was asked if I want “small, medium, or large” salad dressing which in my experience each size is different depending on who is pouring thus I asked if I could just say when but was accused of being difficult. You just can’t win at Sweetgreen.

Five stars! The absolute best salads. If you like leafy greens, there’s nothing better. Great vegan options and tons of salad topping additions from grilled tomatoes and eggplants to nuts and all kinds of fresh vegetables. I could not be more of a fan! Plus, even if there’s is a line it moves quickly and their packaging and utensils are all plant based compostable. You will feel good about everything in here and leaf feeling even better!
