The worst bowl ever, ordered through the App and they take advantage of that. Just look at the pictures is like it was only romaine lettuce, poorly measured toppings, also they have the gust to forget the goat cheese and put the nuts on the side when I didn’t ask for it… THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE APP ORDERING TO SERVE YOU INCORRECTLY NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ordered a buffalo chicken salad online. They didn’t put any chicken in there. I complained on the app and they gave me a $5 credit. When you charge $15 for a salad and don’t provide meat. Wasted so much of my time. And for what it’s worth I am a SweetPass member.

I normally do not leave reviews at all but this location is terrible The staffs are extremely RUDE, server was agruing with me ( situation was not today, but few months ago). Then i stopped going there personally, i ordered few times online but it was always awful!!! Plus, as everyone mentioned here, their portion is like a half of the other places. I ordered salad with delivery today and added few more ingerients to make it bigger and they delivered to me not even half of plate. JUST STAY away fro this terrible place, do not ruin you day and LUNCH with these people. I will never order anything at sweetgreens anymore. Too many times and chances was given. Save you money huys, stay away. See attached pictures just to see that it’s not a joke.

In this location the wild rice is often under cooked, one have to be careful to not brake their teeth. Also, I don’t appreciate they adding that pieces to the salad it is really not pleasant to consume those leftovers cut inside your meal. I know they try to save but the salad is so expensive!!!!

For what it is, sweetgreen is my #1 fast causal place. I love the shroomami but the Goddess bowl is also amazing and I think the best value. Some of the bowls get expensive but the goddess is still under $12.

This location is not clean, I don’t know how food safety haven’t shut them down yet. I went in to order salad and they had a dirty rag they were using to clean by the food. I was disgusted. I saw one of the workers use the rag to wipe water out of one of the empty metal containers that had water in it. He then squeezed the rag out and hung it on their garbage bin. I was looking to see if he was gonna wash his hands and he didn’t. He dried his hands with paper towel, put some gloves on and then prepared the salad. I took the salad only because that was my last resort, I was starving and running late for class but I will never order here again.

I’m gluten intolerant and most of the salads are not supposed to have gluten in them. Even though I order the gf salads, I’ve still gotten a reaction (most likely due to the contamination). Also they always run out of kale. Perhaps they should have better inventory?
