Been here a few times and obviously being a chain, Sweetgreens food is always good and generally the same across locations. However, every time I’ve been here the service has been so low-energy and seriously lacking. Employee today literally charged me for an extra topping that I didn’t order (sweet potatoes from regular section are supposed to be free). I tried to explain but when she got another employee for help he also told me to just “swipe my card” instead of listening to the actual issue.

I have never been to a sweetgreen and have been given this amount of salad before. That was before and after mixing, the bowl was extremely light and as you can see half empty… incredibly disappointed because I was definitely expecting better.

Ordered the harvest bowl and it was a great portion. Also ordered the Buffalo cauliflower and it was so bad I thought they gave me the wrong order. It’s spicy curry cauliflower and crispy rice?? With a side of Buffalo sauce. Definitely don’t recommend it.

This location is just okay. I think other sweetgreen branches located within city limits do a better job with portions, presentation, and customer service. This being the brands first Long Island outpost, my expectations weren’t that high, but I was still slightly disappointed nonetheless. Overall, it was an underwhelming $14 salad experience, and it made me miss the bustling spaces, friendly staff, and filling portions that the Manhattan and Brooklyn locations dole out on the regular.

In general, I love sweetgreen, I get it in Manhattan often and love it, but this location is really disappointing/subpar. They’re always out of key ingredients and in my last 2 visits I have found 3 (THREE!!) bones in my chicken. It was disgusting and I’m lucky I wasn’t hurt. Buyer beware.
