I ordered three bowls today and got home only to find a live bug crawling around in the bowl. Thank goodness I discovered it before I opened the bowl. I have been trying to directly contact the store to no success as I would like a full refund. This is very gross and there needs to be a health inspection done. Can someone please get in contact with me so this can be resolved. All 3 bowls remain untouched and can be returned.

Despite the delicious salad, my experience at the restaurant was disappointing. When I entered, I found 10 employees behind the counter, none of whom greeted me or smiled. I stood in line for 5 minutes before someone finally came to assist me, as they seemed occupied with online orders. While I understand that it may be a new location with new staff, the management should be made aware of these issues. Welcoming gestures are very important in any business and walk-in customers should be prioritized, the staff should be trained accordingly. Good thing I wasn’t hangry!

Went in today for the reservation only soft opening! Staff was very friendly and efficient. I did a make your own salad with kale, baby spinach, blackened chicken, carrots, spicy broccoli, and cucumbers with a lime cilantro jalapeño vinaigrette. Delicious and will definitely be back!

So happy Loudoun has a Sweet Green! Finally! Got the hot honey chicken salad and a buffalo chicken salad. And walked out with some free bonus treats — super tasty gelato popsicles from Fantasticks and a gift from a new local shop Handmade by LMAC (Local Makers, Artists and Crafters). Am deforest coming back — thank you, SG, and will check our Fantasticks (a pop up) and LMAC across the street! Big win for Loudoun residents and One Loudoun!

It looks like we are all having the same issue. Whoever owns this location should first start with retraining your staff to be more pleasant, it’s just not there. Secondly but most importantly work on the portions. I’m paying for a handful of salad. In DC they give you your moneys worth. Plus the staff plow through your ordering process and you don’t get a chance to ask for anything. Please fix this or I will be forced to drive all the way to Reston.

Definitely would be five stars. However, I ordered a meal specifically because of the coleslaw. They put the entire order together and asked if I wanted a replacement for the Coleslaw because they were out. Had Dave mentioned that before they put it together I would’ve gotten something else. The coleslaw kind of makes that meal. So they gave raw cabbage as a substitute. I’ll definitely come back when they have all the ingredients.

Wow! We FINALLY have a sweetgreen in Ashburn!! My wife and I have been dying for a good salad spot locally and they have finally delivered!! We stopped in today of course as it’s their grand opening. There was a Ton of staff and we got through the line super quickly! We even downloaded the $5 off app which was super cool. I’m sure we will be attending often so it’s nice to save up the credits and all.

I was very happy to hear sweetgreen was opening in One Loudoun. I live in Sterling and usually drive to the Reston location on workdays to pick up lunch. My husband has now ordered online three times from the One Loudoun location and each time the online order comes with half the amount you get if you went into the store. I ordered and ate and an hour later I was hungry. I paid for double chicken! It’s disappointing.

Kylie assisted me but it was an unpleasant experience. Things started to unfold when I went to pay. I couldn’t pull up my rewards. I tried several times. I gave her my cell number and she couldn’t pull up my rewards. I gave her another number and we tried the original number once again. The original number was the one linked to my account. She called a manager over to us. He asked what kind of rewards they were and I said a 3.00 delivery and a 5.00 off. He rudely replied “we can’t use the delivery one”. I said I know that. I showed her and the manager on duty that there were 2 rewards in my cell. The manager wasn’t pleasant either. He eventually said “I don’t know what’s wrong with your phone”. He mumbled something else and proceeded to tell Kylie how they would handle my situation. I tried to scan to pay. She said that didn’t work. I’m unsure why nothing was working but their attitudes weren’t working for me. I finally paid for my food. Kylie subtly threw my bowl at me and walked off no giving me my receipt. I had to ask another cashier for my receipt. (Order id ADA46LLEAJB3) I want you to understand that 20.00 for a salad is a bit much. Your customer service should be top notch. My office is in that shopping center. I won’t be recommending this eatery to my customers.

I love the food from SweetGreens but this location just gives really small portions. I’ve been here at least ten times and it’s consistently disappointing on that front. They fill the to go containers with less than a third. Come on guys, if you even just add extra lettuce or greens to at least give the illusion that the serving is filling.
