I am writing this review after 6+ years of being a regular customer, with it being one of the only “healthy” options in this area. everything is inconsistent. Some days the salads are great, some days not so much. Today i ordered a salad and the arugula was yellow (not to mention when i went to pick it up my lid was open). I took it back, and they gladly made me a new one. When i got back to the office, I noticed they left out ingredients. Annoying at best for an almost $15 salad. my husband also witnessed a couple months ago a cockroach in someones salad upon pickup. this might be my last sweetgreen salad at the mosaic location.

Great flavor, super fresh and unique combinations! Easily customisable and anything can be added. Highly recommend for a refreshing lunch. Priced well and one bowl is plenty for two! Fresh, natural drinks. Only downside was the brusque and somewhat inattentive staff, missed a few pieces of my salad and didn’t get the drink I paid for without going back.

Had a tofu mushroom grain bowl—the name was something trendy. It was more like a salad with rice mixed in. Very yummy vegetarian bowl! I asked for light dressing and it was still heavier than I thought. I also asked for light mixing so I can actually taste the ingredients—I hate those places that over mix the food almost like it’s already been chewed up. But this was not that:)
