This is the second time we order the citrus shrimp bowl through Uber Eats. Neither time has come with shrimp. I don’t even understand how this is possible but it’s incredibly frustrating. My theory is someone there thinks “R – Shrimp” means remove shrimp. It means Roasted Shrimp.

Horrible service!!! my Ubereats order always takes forever for them to receive the order and or they cancel my order numerous times. there isnt a phone number you can call to speak to a live person. suche a shame because I’ve never had this bad experience with oither SweetGreen locations. beware of this, don’t even waste your time ordering.

I usually always get the harvest bowl and over the years the portions just continually decreases in volume. At this location I paid nearly $15 for like *half* the bowl. Additionally I found chicken bones and other hard shell-like things in my bowl and NEARLY CHIPPED MY TOOTH.

Farm to table style fast food in the heart of coral gables. Fantastic service and incredible food. I love that they show you where they source their food on the board outside. Please don’t get rid of the hot honey chicken as it’s my favorite. Great staff, super friendly and efficient. Signed up for the sweetpass as soon as it was available. Please bring it back as a permanent option! Loyal customer for life! Keep it up and bring a location close to FIU (SW 8th St) or to campus!!!

Terrible service. Despite the restaurant being completely empty staff was rushing through preparing food and would not allow for any substitutions. At one point with visible frustration the staff member asked us if we “even knew what we were ordering.” He would not provide his name, would not provide name of general manager, did not provide receipt to try to hide his identity. He said he was the only person in the store despite other staff member working. This store is need serious need of customer service training. Will not be returning to this location. Recommend that others avoid this store. Not worth the hostility from staff.

The food here is pretty good but there is no human being to talk to when you place an order online. It’s literally impossible to talk to a human being. The customer service of this business is terrible.
