Horrible customer service.They forgot to put chicken in my BUFFALO CHICKEN salad, and filled my dressing cup up about 1/4 of the way. When I had asked for more dressing, I was told I’d be charged and argued with. I had to go there twice on my lunch break, wasting my time and money because of their inability to properly do their job. The very least that could have been offered was a free 50 cent dressing for my $20 salad that was made incorrectly. Love Sweet Green. Hate this location.

Good food but still working out the kinks at the Deer Park location. I recommend double checking your order if you order online. 2/2 times ordering, chicken was missing from one of my salads. 3/8 salads had materially incorrect ingredients. It’s a 50/50 shot they remember to put bread in the bowl (when you select it). Looking forward to having it again.

The size and cost of basically entree salad at a restaurant. The Buffalo chicken salad was very freakin tasty. Nice clean place, I liked the water spigot right by the register, I just wish they had a smaller and less expensive size options.

Seems to be a healthier attempt. Salads. The sauces were too much and I should’ve asked for it on the side as the salad gets too soggy with the bbq dressing and the ranch dressing.

Customer service is the most essential requirement in the success of any Business!!! I have come to this location many times since it opened, and I can honestly say I have come across some of rudest employees, if you are unhappy with your job , find somewhere else . Management, start training your staff before you put them in this position!!! Even the lady in front of me REMARKED how terribly RUDE this employee was ! I have never had a problem at the Deerfield location, employees are willing to go beyond to make sure everything is to your liking , and with a gracious smile , So please deer park train your employees!!!!!!!!
