This is what you get for more than $16 order. Small shallow box with mostly cabbage. Instead of getting them on the side, they put the containers of dressing and topping inside the food box so now you get even less food

Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love Sweetgreen. (Even before moving out to L.A as we had some locations in the midwest) However, this specific location is kind of lacking. The bowls don’t seem to be filled enough for it to be worth the astronomical price, even if it is completely fresh so to speak. The protein portion is very small! The service is really friendly though, so I have to give them that.

I stopped going to this location after getting way too many orders messed up for pick-up. Figured I’d come back after a while to hopefully see if anything changed. Couple things did and not for the better. Got the wrong pickup order…. Again… And now it seems SG has taken away any opportunity to call the actual store and talk to someone in person about the mistake. You have to resort to an automated system that never responds to your refund request. Go anywhere else for salads. Way too many great mom and pop stores on Ventura that do what they do and better and you get the crazy old fashioned benefit of real human beings to talk to.

I am very disappointed I am a regular here and usually customer service is amazing but today I by far had the worst experience I’ve had. Lilly was very rude rushed through my order and behaved very unprofessional Im deeply disappointed I will not be returning to this location she prepped my salad very sloppy very upset

It was one mintue before the store closes, Dante let me in, went above & beyond to make my special salad just the way I like it with a smile. I really really appreciate his kind attitude & service.
