Counted at least 10 employees behind the counter. Line of six people waiting to order and another six waiting to pick up their order. Only one single employee was helping anyone waiting to order. Wow, can’t imagine the payroll overhead and also lost customers (one walked out while I was there due to being tired of waiting). Food is tasty tho…

Great location. Love this chain salad place. Nice and clean environment to enjoy the food. Salad is really good too. I love it even I am not big fan of salad. Harvest bowl is my usual. But I need to switch from kale to spring mix. That kale is not tasty to me. The down side is they prepare food slowly. Normally one hour to get a salad bowl ready. Come on, I know you have a lot of orders. But they are just get prepared ingredients into bowls.
