I don’t think sweetgreen needs a review anymore from the locals 🙂 This is how Salad should be – they don’t just have raw leaves.. their stuff is perfectly cooked and if you want raw they have that too. Such a big collection of vegetarian stuff to make a bowl and it tastes so ‘clean’ and healthy and delicious. I love it!

These restaurants serving healthy food are excellent. They create wonderful recipes that aren’t very filling or high in calories out of some fairly uninteresting items. I wish there were more of these locations in the US. We always make at least one lunch stop there if there are any nearby if we’re travelling anywhere

We order here very regularly. It’s best to order from the app and pick up. Although it feels like they give you more when you order in store as opposed to picking up the salad. We always love the salads, it’s always fresh and the staff is always nice.

I ordered a couple of salads for delivery through sweetgreen’s app and for some reason both arrived with NO lettuce (no romaine nor spinach that I ordered) .I don’t really understand how this could happen unless the restaurant ran out of all lettuce, but they never contacted me and I find it hard to believe a salad company ran out of lettuce. So I was left with two measly, half filled bowls (see picture). This location has some quality control issues for sure it seems. I like sweetgreen but I would not recommend this location.

These health food places are great. They take some rather boring ingredients and make delicious dishes that aren’t too heavy or too calorie dense. I wish more of these places would pop around the US. If we find one where we’re going, we always stop by at least once for lunch!

If Sweetgreen screws up your to-go order, there is no one you can talk to to fix the problem. You have to drive all the way back to their location to hope that someone will be nice and help you out. Sweetgreen had no support phone number or email address to fix problems. If you do somehow manage to get a hold of someone at corporate, they will refuse to offer a refund for completely screwed up orders that are missing ingredients or dressing. I loved Sweetgreen at first, but my last experiences were so poor that I refuse to ever eat here again.

UPDATE: Portion issue has been fixed for the most part. Takeaway orders still often have errors (missing dressing or ordered side) which is problematic but Sweetgreen is good about giving credit for future orders.
