This bar tavern experience was ok. The server was very attentive and was able to guide us through most of our needs. The prices are tourist level pricing HIGH. As an appetizer we got the Parmesan and garlic fries. These were good. I had a mushroom Swiss burger and it was good. My wife had a bacon cheese cheeseburger which was good. Our party also got a wet burrito and got a half cheese half all meat pizza. Unfortunately the pizza order was incorrect so we just took it as is. The pizza was a D’gornios pizza with meat on top. The wet burrito was ok but the sauce was supermarket brand. This place was ok but we will most likely not come here again

What a fun time we had! Our family had planned on going to Peterson Road Beach so we searched for a near bar lunch place. Given the good reviews, we decided to try it. We LOVED the fried pickles. So much that we ordered 4 orders LOL! We also had nachos, sandwiches and pizza. All was very good. The glasses of wine were generous pours and the beer was fresh and cold! They were short staffed but you’d never know. Tracey (our waitress) was on top of everything! So much fun and we hope to go back!

We stopped here for lunch while we were just passing through and had a great experience. The pizza was delicious, the server was kind and attentive, and the restaurant was very nice and clean. If we are ever back this way we will stop again.

Sat at the bar with my spouse to get a good meal after a day on the Platte River. Kevin was super attentive, gave good recommendations, and everything came out fast and hot. Had the pizzas and a burger. The fries were soggy so don’t bother with those, but the pizza was amazing! Will come back when we camp in Honor next time.

This place was AMAZING AS WELL AS THE PEOPLE RUNNING IT! Thank you so much Jen and Darryl for making us feel at home. Beautiful Taylor as they call her was our waitress and she was on top of everything the during our visit. She has a beautiful attitude about her and moves quickkkkk on the floor! Tracy was walking out soon after we got there but also was a big part of bringing positive energy into this place! Last we cannot forget the cook, Kevin did the damn thing!!! Food was amazing good thing the whole menu wasn’t open or I may have wanted to try everything!

We have been here many times now and have never had a bad meal and always great service! The fried pickles are amazing so do yourself a favor and definitely order those. We also recently had our rehearsal dinner here and it was amazing. Jen was very easy to work with and took care of all the details for us. Even though we came in with 25-30 people on a Friday night they were able to keep up with all the drink orders with a smile on their faces! Thank you Sweet’s for being so accommodating! Looking forward to our next visit!

We are up here for my birthday and Labor Day weekend. Had a hard time finding a restaurant that would acknowledge us when we walked in the door. We had just left hungry tummy after being ignored for 10 minutes. Walk in here and it’s busy. You can see the waitress and bar tender are running their behinds off. Sign says please wait to be seated. We stood at the door for about 45 seconds and an employee who wasn’t working came up and introduced herself, said she wasn’t working but that she would clear a table for us and get us seated. Once seated she tells us they are short staffed and to please be patient. – that was really awesome of her. We waited a few minutes and we were greeted with a smile, given our drinks and food came out within 15 minutes, hot and DELICIOUS. It’s the best service and food we’ve had all weekend. Definitely recommend. Small town atmosphere, great food, clean, lots to do ( pool tables, trivia, sports on tvs, wifi, and keno ) you won’t be disappointed!! Thank you for a great experience Sweets!!
