Tony was there and we had a great time trying out the oysters among other dishes. I don’t eat oysters generally but the east coast sourced oysters were great! Shout out to Tony and the team that was working while we stopped in and visited for the first time. Excellent service, great recommendations, and amazing food. Our #1 favorite were the out of this world selection of oysters (black magic oysters). Happy hour ends at 6pm and that entails delicious drinks and $1 gulf oysters. Simply fantastic visit.

We had a great experience at Sweetwater. James took care of us for the evening and ensure you ask for him when you make your reservation. The food and drinks are some of the best in North Austin. We tried a little of anything from champagne to craft cocktails, oysters, mushroom, Mac and cheese, halibut, seafood linguine and surf and turf. We are looking forward to going back soon!

Customer service 5 stars, ambience 5 stars, drinks 4 stars, food 3.5 but we definitely have high hopes for this place. They’re new and still experimenting with the menu so I wouldn’t be surprised if everything is a 5 next time we go.

We stopped by Sweetwater Oyster Bar for happy hour recently, our first visit there. The bar looked very inviting, so we sat there. Shout out to Brandon and Adam behind the bar, good guys, great bartenders, and excellent service, attentive but not intrusive. The place is very chic, great atmosphere! Much of the food we had was very good, but overall, not great, especially for the prices. If I was going to title this review, it would be “Hits and Misses.”

Sweetwater Oyster bar is a Cedar Park gem! I am obsessed with this place! The food is top notch, and the cocktails are amazing and beautifully done. My favorite part of this place is the people though. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and throughout the happy hour, I met several employees and the owner who is a fabulous person all around. I left feeling like I had made new friends! I love it. If you haven’t been here you must try it immediately! Grab yourself a cocktail and ask for the chefs choice on oysters! You won’t be disappointed!
