Coffee is often made badly (ton of granules in a cappuccino, poor mixing of iced beverages, etc.), and don’t order with mobile or snackpass as you will watch people order in person and get their drinks faster while you wait for 20+ minutes. The bagels are pretty good is the best I can say.

Love this Sweetwaters location in the beautiful Michigan Union. My teenaged daughter loves to grab a coffee and treat from here and study. You can take your drink and enjoy it in the fireplace area which is awesome and cozy. We were there for the grand opening celebration in January complete with Chinese lion dancers to celebrate the new year.
