Once again Swensons fails to provide. This is the 3rd failed Swensons. First Jackson service sucks, Stow location is awful. Now North Hill has to be the worst of all 3. The wait was long, but we had a big order. Except the 3 cars who pulled up after us got their big order before us. We finally got our food 30 minutes later and a minute later asked for our bag back. Then another 5 minutes go by before they brought it back? No olive on the galley boy and it was gross looking. Taste was okay, but everything was not even warm. WTH Akron icon, you guys suck and will never be back. Do you self a favor and get the best burger in Akron and get Steak and Shake.

Swensons hits every single time. I have yet to leave a Swensons establishment where my taste buds have not transcended space and time, and this location was no different. Galley Boys will go down in history as one of the greatest burgers of all time. But it is not just the food that makes this location so great. It’s the people. The environment. The passion. Ate there last night. Ordered a baloney sandwich. So good! The car hops were so sweet and professional. When I was leaving, they were waving goodbye! Hitch was awesome and answered my questions. I didn’t catch the name of the girl that took my order, but she was so sweet and personable. Thank you guys! I’ll be back. It’s a 58 year affair.

Wow, what a classic! If you’ve never been here you have to try it. The young lady who helped us was extremely friendly and so nice. As we heard they do, she actually ran to the car even though we were parked in front and just 10 steps away. Try the fried mushrooms, which by the way, I have never before seen on anyone else’s fast food menu. The burgers are easy to handle with one hand, so you can eat and drive no problem. Super place!

It was a bit busy the day we were there, but our food didn’t take that long and it was so good and hot. We took our lunch around the corner and ate at the Gorge park. Overall a beautiful afternoon.

Love this place, always here. Staff are funny and respectful. My peeps Brady and Jacob never fail to provide fast and with fresh food. They even got the hook up with the 18 shake flavors. Plus Jacos drive thru is next door so that’s a plus. Definitely recommend this place. F a Sonic, Swensons is where it’s at!!!
