Let’s get into it..Swenson’s newly opened restaurant in the area is “Meh”. As an avid foodie I wasn’t expecting much and they didn’t exceed my expectations. I stopped in at night and ordered a safe meal: chocolate shake,galley boy, onion rings. The shake was great and the galley boy was weird and definitely not America’s best burger. Not sure what sauce was supposed to be on it but the sauce on the bottom bun was not good and the thin piece of wilted lettuce wasn’t giving…but the onion rings were! So much so that I went back to the next day for lunch just to get them. The servers don’t up-sale anything so make sure you order a ranch with them. Great onion to breading ratio. I also ordered the chicken snack(chicken tenders) ,onion rings, potatoes teezers and a banana,blueberry,Peanut Butter shake(TRUST ME) that was AMAZING! As a woman who lives by one choose when you can have both I appreciated being able to combine my favorite three flavors. The chicken tenders were just ok but we’re a decent size. Again..make sure you order a sauce from their limited sauce selection as the breading on these taste like nothing. The potato teezers were mushy and the cheese sauce didn’t add to the flavor well. You’ll love them if you like undercooked hash browns and jalapeño. Overall, I’ll give my two experiences a four and the four comes from the shakes, onion rings, and both my interactions with the server Dii(she’s a sweetheart). I’ll come back for these three things only!

They just opened this Oakley location, but they are doing a good job. The staff is really working hard to keep up with all the traffic coming in. People need to be patient and realize that your food is made to order, so it takes a bit longer. I definitely recommend their milkshakes. They’re the best! And I love to add the cajun seasoning to everything. They have another location out on the east side as well. So if you haven’t tried them o seriously suggest you give them a try.

Well, I stopped by late, after 1030pm, ordered double cheeseburger and fried zucchini to go. I was given someone else’s order and didn’t realize until I got home and started eating. Ended up with a single cheeseburger and mozzarella sticks. Was really hungry so ate it. Can see on receipts that diff server names. Buns are oddly crusty.

Wow… All I can say is what an unbelievable experience, I have not ever experienced the service I received here. Food was great employees beyond polite and friendly went out of their way to ask me how my day was going and what I did for work because I mentioned I was out working late last night.

Good service, they are just learning but very attentive. Really tasty burgers, onion rings, tater puffs (tots), and fried mushrooms. I loved them in Akron, and I’m thrilled they are here in Cincinnati. And I forgot, but super milkshakes!

Service was superb. Atmosphere is what it is. It’s a drive-in. They bring things to your car and that’s where you eat. My big disappointment is they put sugar in the burgers and they just taste sweet. Not my kind of burger and Not necessary at all and probably the reason I won’t be back. I just don’t like the taste. But if sugary burgers is your bag baby then go at it. It’s a fun experience.

Drive in restaurant similar to Sonic. Service was accurate, quick and friendly. The chicken sandwich was an average frozen chicken patty, and the burger had a sweet taste to it that I didn’t like. The banana peanut butter shake was delicious!
