I really enjoyed brunch here. Their menu is filled with excellent choices and I cannot wait to return! We had the lavender lemonade mimosa, the appetizer flight pancakes to start but they did bring everything out at one time which felt like we were being rushed. We also had the Elvis French Toast and The Lenny.

First time here. Disappointing. Arrived when the place was less than 5% full of guests. I had been exercising and asked to be seated outside. They told me I had to wait for my husband to arrive but I could sit at the bar. It’s their policy and they don’t deviate because then one might assume they can do that at any time (so they say). Customer service seems low on their priorities. I decided to stay and try out the food despite my frustration. I waited the 5 minutes for my husband to arrive while sitting stinky at their bar (hmmm?).

Syrup Edgewater offers a unique brunch experience. The restaurant is open and surrounded by windows, making the space bright and inviting. They do have a full bar, offering your favorite brunch cocktails. I had the Maryland Eggs Benedict with crab cakes. Service was attentive and friendly.

Bad miss. Bananas Foster waffles arrived without the bananas being sauted (per the menu, and of course, the whole point of the dish). Veggie bowl featured frozen potato ‘breakfast cubes’ (Sysco items) and a few dozen vegetable. If you are going to charge premium prices for breakfast, is it so hard to make breakfast potatoes from scratch, and cut up a pepper or two. Perhaps the alcohol-centric offerings mean most customers are boozed past basic expectations?

Tasty place with quick service and yummy breakfast beverages! We went around 8:45 with no wait to be seated. The tater tots were golden and crispy. And eggs cooked as ordered. The coconut marshmallow latte was delicious. The toast wasn’t really toasted which was disappointing, but they did have a good selection of breakfast breads. They are known for their corned beef and the beignets appetizer looked tasty! Cheers

Fast and friendly service. The restaurant was busy and the wait for our table was 20 minutes (not that long) and then after we ordered our food it came our within 10 minutes! Super quick. Everything was delicious.

We were highly disappointed with this place, as with service as with food. I wasn’t given an opportunity to tell “ no ice” in my water, cappuccino was served in a dirty cup. Churro donuts is just fried donuts covered with cinnamon and sugar, caramel sauce is just something sweet, but it’s not caramel sauce.

We came from Miami Florida , and was recommended by a family member to come to syrup ! All I have to say is RANDY is by far the best Server they have to offer . He gives you a detailed run down of the most ordered meals and explains what the meals come with simple and easy. He also provides the best service this place has for being popular . Always checked to make sure everything was okay and always offered drink refills. He made my first experience the best of the best ! I was so undecided until he came to the table and gave me an idea . He is by far the most respectful server I have ran into in the area! I loved the food very good portions that you get , I’m very full and will need to take it home. Randy did an outstanding job.

Everything we had looked great and tasted great. I was really impressed with the prices and portion size. The monster breakfast burrito lived up to its name, the beignets were different than I’ve had in the past, but I liked them smothered in syrup. Semi-dog friendly, allowing them outside the fenced area on the patio.
