Just a fantastic experience! The staff are attentive and helpful, the food is authentic and includes hard to find specialties like the “Lift Fish.” The intestine was crispy and tender, both of which are hard to accomplish. The pig ear with chili oil was really interesting.

Pleasantly surprised to find good Sichuan food in okc! The staff was very kind and we devoured everything we ate! Our favorites we’re the : pork belly in garlic sauce, shrimp dumplings in chili oil, Dan Dan, and the spicy beef noodle soup! All the flavorings were very nice and loved tasting the peppercorn in the soup! My favorite! Next time we’re in okc we’ll have to come back to try more.

Absolute slapper. Only soup dumplings I’ve found in OK, and despite only having a pork version, they were legit. Also ordered the shrimp dumplings both inside of the chili sauce and out. I recommend it in the chili sauce, it’s not as spicy as you’d expect. The bok choy was perfectly done, and the staff was very pleasant. The staff being nice is rare in my experience, it seems at Asian restaurants, the ruder they are the better the food is. And this has excellent food and excellent service.

Had a fabulous meal here. So many choices. Great dumplings in chili oil to start. Then soup dumplings. Then a fried garlic/chili tofu dish. Attentive service. Cozy atmosphere. Incredibly good food in a place that feels like a neighborhood staple. Saw a lot of happy smiling people chowing down in here. Will definitely be back!

My family and I often visit szechuan story for authentic szechuan cuisine. It’s got the perfect amount of spice and a great balance to the ma and la. We’ve not have a bad meal and the service is always great. Staff are attentive and it’s a cute small spot.

Wow, just WOW! I just moved here from the west coast, and Szechuan Story rivals and beats some of the best Chinese restaurants in California. First off, the employees are very friendly and genuine. The service is great. The food, it’s amazing! So authentic, so flavorful, so well executed!
