MISSING LINK THE PROPHET
If this place sets ANY standards for B.B.Q. then I’m becoming vegetarian today! Went there because the reviews were good but….what are you people tongue numb? My chicken was dry and looked like something out of a scary movie! (Photos are before the regretted consumption) Mac and Cheese was OVERCOOKED and TASTELESS! Baked beans tasted like the can that they came out of with a whole bag of sugar dumped in and heated up. Good location for travelers in that desolate area, but damn can we at least get good B.B.Q?…..

This place was hands down the best BBQ we’ve ever had! I wish I took a picture of all the food we got and the people there are very nice and hospitable! You go up and order, there’s no dine in but there’s some tables outside so you can sit and enjoy the scenery. When we left my husband said make sure you write this place down somewhere so we remember where we went. We will definitely be back!

T&J is a great carryout barbecue joint. The food is always amazingly great. Vince and his team are always friendly and the service is always fast! But the best part about T&J BBQ is their commitment to community involvement. Every year they donate and serve to all of the participants in the Charles County Special Olympics Maryland Torch Run. I’m not sure how many years they’ve done this. But it’s been at least 15 years. So, to recap, great food great service great community service great business!

Let me tell you something!!!! This amazing spot is secret spot hidden in a beautiful area. Family friendly, outside eating and ribs….ribs that melt off the bone, chicken that’s melts in your mouth and the employees that have outstanding customer service. Highly recommended.

DELICIOUS COUNTRY COOKING. Smoky chicken sandwich (breast/wing piece bone-in slapped between two pieces of white bread. Yummy sticky Mac and cheese and sweetened green beans. Hubs had minced pork with slaw. Back in the day, we would say “that it was so good, I could smack my Mama!” Mmmm Good! And…Friendly staff!

This one of the best hidden Ribs and chicken place in , located in La Plata,MD. It is a family owned business I think it is on the 2nd or 3rd Generation. I alway get the Ribs. You can sit outside at there picnic are . There is lots of parking. There is no other store or business around. Like I said hidden Jem . If you want BBQ you have to try this spot. The Ribs is season and tender .

I’m a diabetic spending $29 on a meal to find out the green beans had too much sugar same with the potato salda. I enjoyed the ribs and sauce and that was it. I never in my life ate string beans with sugar in it like that.
