My daughter placed an order at the beginning of this week and was quoted $47.88. When I go to pick up the order and some young lady behind the counter tells they guy the price was recently changed to $50.62. As a business person, they should have honored what was quoted and written on the order ticket. However they changed the price with a pen and charged the higher price. They should have honored the price that was quoted when placing the pre-order. Even the guy knew it was wrong what they were doing. Will not patronize here again. It’s a shame because their sandwiches are pretty good.

Attended an event here while 5 months pregnant and I wouldn’t recommend that a stray DOG eat here. There was zero hospitality. The 2 women who were seemingly in charge were incredibly rude and at times hostile towards our entire group.

I heard so many good things about their hoagies,wanted to get some for my job but when I tried to call to place an order,kept getting the voicemail. I started calling from 10:05 am till 11am and no answer…..Guess I’ll have to see about the food another way…..they don’t answer their phone,so Dnt bother calling! Smh

They Have Good Sandwiches. My Church As A Whole Have Been Doing Business With T&JJs For Years. They Still Need To Work On Their Customer Service Skills. If You Don’t Know How To Talk On The Phone, Then Don’t Answer It! I Was Trying To Get Some Prices. The Website Say They Close At 3:00. I Called At 2:35pm. She Was Rushing Me Off The Phone, Telling Me She Didn’t Have Time, and It Was Too Late To Order Sandwiches For Tomorrow. I Don’t Need Them Until Next Month. She Wasn’t Giving Me A Chance To Tell Her When I Wanted Them. She Was Also Yelling At Me. I Had To Do Her A Favor And Just Hang Up. Wishing She Never Answered The Phone. I Was Going To Order 200 Sandwiches. Now I Need To Get Someone Else To do Them. You Can’t Be Nasty And Do My Food Too

Wasn’t aware this place existed; 1st time customer, recently had my brother’s repass here and they provided a DJ for music, gave us a very mellow vibe, they decorated the place nicely, food was provided (soul food menu), but the food was AWFUL wasn’t expecting that, EVERY dish provided was DISGUSTING! I was so disappointed. I actually can’t believe they Cater food . Sandwiches were good though! On top of having nasty food, they had the NERVE to have EXTREMELY RUDE customer service, from the owner down to the servers! I guess everybody was having a bad day! During a time of mourning; all of the bad attitudes and judgment from their staff was insensitive and UNNECESSARY! I was excited when I found out they were a BLACK owned establishment, but honestly as a first time customer I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED the money my Family and I paid for their service was NOT worth it! I will Never have another event here. Please get it together.

I went here because I heard they cater good sandwiches. They need to work on their customer service skills. I have been calling five days straight just to place a order for 2 weeks away, but couldn’t get a answer. I went there today and quickly realize I wouldn’t spend a dime in this place. The lady working there was very rude. She told me and another gentleman that we had to wait before she helped us. After waiting a while she told me they weren’t taking anymore orders for today. I explained to her that I wanted it for a week away. She told me to grab and menu and call my order in at a later date. I told her I had been calling all week. She told me “don’t you see we busy”? I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!! I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!
