Love this place. The rib tips are awesome, the mac and cheese is on point. And the new half chicken is lit too. I’m in here like once a week and the people are very friendly I’m always in there cracking jokes. I hope more people here about them and pay a visit.

My husband and I been here and I ordered the 1/2 slab dinner with Mac and cheese and green beans, to say the least it was absolutely delicious, my husband ordered the smoked chicken wings and candied yams, he loved it, “the yams was good as hell” was his words to be exact. The owners are a beautiful young couple, very friendly, nice and clean environment. We will be forever returning costumers!

Very good food and friendly service. The ribs are tender and smoky. The sides are seasoned well and delicious. I tried the mac and cheese, baked beans, sweet potatoes, and green beans. My first visit. They cook fried chicken wings to order. They were crispy and seasoned well. I shall visit again.

Folks I live in Ann Arbor and have made 2 trips for food within 4 days. Many grew up on Soul Food and perhaps many places in Detroit who sell it. HOWEVER THIS IS THE REAL DEAL FOLKS. The Mac and Cheese, rib tips, Pork Chop Special…the baked beans…yea buddy. Also supporting another local favorite, like we SUPPOSED TO DO- They have a nice selection of desserts from Peteet’s Famous Cheesecakes. The prices are Amazing and Ms Linda and the Co Owner herself Ms Mo….ready and willing to take your order. They have to be some of the Customer First ,friendliest and accommodating Restaurant family folk I’ve met in a long while. It feels like going by a friend’s house snagging a plate. If you have never been…please stop by and try them.

The food was not good. The Bbq sauce taste like it just came out of a bottle of open pit Bbq sauce. Idk maybe because they are new but they need to get a couple of things in order like the menu. My husband and I ask the young lady for a menu and she stated we don’t have a menu

This place is amazing the kind young lady behind the counter was welcoming to me and some family. Because it was our first time there she recemended the half slab dinner and the smoked chicken. They were both good but the ribs with the barbeque sauce was the best. Would recommend if you live in the area. And the pork and beans cake was to die for so any time your in the area try it.
