The perfect place for a nourishing gluten free and plant based breakfast or lunch! This little cafe is run by a kind soul I’ve had the pleasure of meeting a few times. The calm and inviting atmosphere leaves you wanting to come back for more! Dine in or take your meal or snack to go. You can order ahead or inside. Recommend pick two or several visits because there’s so many good options all worth trying, and the menu is updated often.

I don’t follow a vegan diet and was skeptical of a sandwich without a cheese or meat but these sandwiches are delicious. it’s a tad expensive but the quality of ingredients is superb and very flavorful. We’ve had almost everything on the menu and it’s all good. Toast has become our go to place to stop on the way up to Maine. It’s mostly a takeout place with a small sitting area but no bathrooms.
