Atmosphere is a 5…food is a 4. Overall at 4.5. Food wasn’t bad of course, very good…just for the price not 5 stars. Pay for the Atmosphere. Kids LOVED this place. Atmosphere is off the charts. A must for a family in Disney Springs. Hard to get into but worth it. (Make reservations.) Service and staff is great. Good experience.

Not too bad I didn’t get any food, but their latte was amazing and my son had a piece of chocolate cake. It was fluffy and creamy. I loved the inside and it reminded me of Night at the museum kinda. As long as my son loved it that’s all that mattered. I recommended this place.

Second time eating here. Definitely worth the price, food and experience. It gets pretty busy, lines gets long during lunch time and dinner. However, if you have a light and sounds sensitivity its get pretty loud. I cant remember the frequency where they play the lights and sounds (thunder etc). Overall great experience for adults and kids alike!

Everything about this place was amazing. That atmosphere was incredible with so many different things to look at. There were animatronic Dino’s throughout the place that were pretty lifelike. We were seated in the ice cave which honestly seemed like the best possible spot. Every 15 minutes (I think) there’s a meteor shower that’s pretty loud, but so fun to watch. The food was much better than I expected it to be since this is a touristy restaurant. We had the meatloaf and chicken fettuccine and both were outstanding and I had no complaints whatsoever. The prices also seemed fair to me based on the quality and quantity of what we got. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful. Really just and all around great experience

It was a fun restaurant. It is loud and crowded but service was good. My husband claims the burger is the best burger he’s ever had. My friend shrimp were okay. Our 2 son’s meals were good sized for their age. Overall a fun and beautiful restaurant to eat at.

Food was great, service was great, the atmosphere was amazing and fun, the price is a little on the high end. Never had a ticket that was just about $100 for just 2 people and was over with tip, but I get it and you’re paying for the atmosphere and service and it was top notch. The portions was very big as well, so definitely got your money’s worth…

Had a great time in this restaurant, it has a great atmosphere, very creative with the dinosaurs concept and even with the menu. Got the crustacean trio, which was amazing, it was super tasty and good portions. I’ll definitely come back to this place, the service was very friendly, it took a short period of time to get our dishes, but when we’re going to pay our bill it took a pretty long time to get it, that would be the only thing we didn’t like.

1st time I’ve given a themed chain restaurant a five star but this place was worth it! Reservations were booked but check the bar as we had a zero minute wait if you don’t need a table. Raquel at the bar was super friendly and helpful in giving menu advice and making special cocktails to suit tastes. 93 degrees outside so had the shrimp Cesar salad. Was nice and light. Had an awesome fish tank to look at and the bar chained actual color throughout our stay. Would go again.
