My son and I visited T4 for the first time today and we were impressed! I had the passion fruit smoothie with boba and cheese creama. It was fantastic! We also had the basil popcorn chicken and the fried tofu. Everything was delicious. The service was excellent and food came out pretty fast. I can’t wait to try different flavors of boba and the other snacks too.

Had a lot of fun at T 4. 3pm to 6pm they have Happy Hour where you can try different Boba Teas. I has Taro purple milk tea with boba and pudding. My partner had Milk tea with Coffee Jelly, Sea Salt Crema and popping Mango boba. They had 4 workers who were upbeat and fun. Love the Teal green tops and Teal Green walls. Loved the experience. One day they may have a drive through. Nice break from Coffee. Love the new fun experience. Comfortable out door furniture to relax outside.

Great bubble tea place. The service is friendly and the bubble tea is fantastic. A lot of great options for teas and toppings and non-dairy options. In my opinion, the boba pearls seem to be more white sugar flavor than brown sugar. The snacks are pretty yummy too. It’s not really a sit down place, there’s just a bar against the wall, but it’s clean and cute.

Love the classic rose milk tea here. This is a best rose milk tea and chewy boba. I ordered no sugar and it taste perfect. Service is great but slow. Hopefully they have more employees ❤️

The workers here are very friendly and efficient! And Boba is sooo good, I’ve loved all the drinks I’ve tried there thus far and the boba is actually pretty good. Not the best I’ve ever had but still up there! Highly recommend for other people who love boba and those that don’t because there’s lots of other drink mixes to try without boba as well.

Great flavors and boba. Loads of diversity in their drinks and menu. My favorite thing about T4 is their basil popcorn chicken, I normally drive to portland for T4 and rarely get it. Was so excited a location near me was opening. I had high expectations and they were met. Although the wait for food was quite long, that may be because there was only 3 people working. 1 in the front working drinks, 2 in the back making food. The Basil Popcorn chicken was delicious, spicy but yet flavorful of the seasonings, thick and chewy, flavor melting on your mouth. Delivery, they mixed up my order with someone else’s but it wasn’t a big deal since I got a refund. I reordered what I wanted right after I was refunded and they gave me delicious drinks and food. 10/10 would come back!

Ordered squid and chicken, looked burnt and the batter/breading was separated from the meat, unlike 23rd and west union location. So sad this location is closer to home but I’d probably drive further for better quality.
