Cobb tower was delicious! Other items on menu were typical bar food items. It was great for lunch. Lots of outdoor seating with multiple fire pits. It also looked like they had a stage area so maybe they have local entertainment. Service was ok, they brought our food but no utensils. Onion rings and French fries arrived cold. Drinks presentation was nice. Tack Room was a bit of a drive and will only return if I happen to be at the polo grounds.

Lively indoor, outdoor restaurant, set for events with multiple bars and seating areas – sometimes a 40 minute wait in event high season, so worth making a reservation ahead of time. Themed with horse tack in the Empire Polo Fields; an iconic La Quinta staple of a restaurant often with live music and a dance floor. The margaritas and 10 Kobe burger rare with caramelized onions and raw red onions was excellent!

The food was extremely good, chips with salsa and guacamole, steak stirps, and a kobe burger with fries. The service was poor, but there was a live band so I will give them a break and try again.

I did not like the food at all. As someone coming from LA, living right down the street from Woody’s BBQ, I know good bbq, and this ain’t it. I had the ribs. They were made in the oven and then covered in sauce. No seasoning…….yuck! Same with the steak strips appetizer, except they place the strips on something that gives the meat the appearance of being grilled.

Was meeting a brother for the first time. We were there about 130pm. It wasn’t crowded. My burger was delicious! Everyone liked their meal. We stayed a long time. The waiter was amazing!! Attentive but not pushy. He knew how to read the table. When it started to fill up with dinner guests, we left. You can eat inside or out. Great place. We were all from out of town and picked this from review online. We were not disappointed.

Great food with a nice atmosphere. The outdoor patio is fun and it has an attached bar and pizza oven. There is a separate area that can be made private for events. I suggest to try the pizza and have a salad with some salmon. Overall the tack room tavern is a great experience located on the beautiful greens on the polo club.
