This is my 2nd time trying it. 1st time I ordered DD and it wasn’t good but I blamed it on food delivery. So I figured I’d try again.. still not good. $17 for 3 small tacos. Meat was very dry. Mostly all toppings are extra charge as it doesn’t come with sour cream or cheese. Guy looked really annoyed and was not friendly at all. I will not go back.

I got the birria con queso and jarritos. It was made fresh to order, well seasoned, and served on real plates. The guy at the counter was nice and they have various flavors of cold drinks as well as seating available which I don’t see often with food trucks.

Tried the Mexicali tacos. The tacos tasted fine. My problem is there was a sharp piece of plastic inside one of them. When I tried contacting the establishment I received no response.

Talked 2 Victor, I got al-pastor tacos. Delicious. will have to go back 4 more. Best salsa from taco truck on Bird. from original resident born on CINCO DE MAYO. Only problem was LOUD Bird Road Raceway.

I’ve been searching for birria tacos in Miami and luckily Taco Baja exists! Their quesobirria tacos are now my absolute favorite tacos. Their birria burrito with rice beans is definitely shareable and increbly tasty! Plus the Birria items come with that delicious broth that I just can’t get enough. Keep doing what you’re doing Taco Baja! I wish you were open earlier to satisfy my cravings during the day.

The birria tacos were delicious. My only complaint is that they were a little to oily and I didn’t get any hot sauce. I would definitely go again if I was in the area and try the al pastor tacos next. The wait time was only about 10-15 minutes which is not bad at all.
